When I joined the Goethe-Institut London as an Online Editor in June 2021, I became head of production for Goethe-Institut Deutsch - a flagship digital project with 281.1k followers and 2.1m likes on TikTok, and 251k followers on Instagram. As project lead, I managed a team of in-house German teachers, our host Alex, and a Berlin-based video production company.

Drawing on my own experience of learning German as a foreign language, I helped shape episodes to ensure they were engaging and accessible for a global audience. My core responsibilities included coordinating planning meetings, scriptwriting, translating and proofreading English-language content, and producing and distributing social media packs.
